1. Promo Duration
• Valid for inquiries and bookings made from March 01, 2026 to May 31, 2026
• Eligible Travel Dates: Any available flight or tour date from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
2. Who May Avail
• Filipino citizens aged 21 to 65 years old
• Solo travelers, couples, families, and barkada groups
• Applicants with stable income or employment
• Applicants who comply with AFLI credit evaluation standards
3. Eligible Travel Packages
• Local or International destinations
• Bookings must be made exclusively through Circulo Travel
• Travel packages may include: Flights and hotels, Tour packages, All-in travel bundles, Cruises, Group/barkada tours
4. How to Avail
a. Traveler contacts Circulo Travel to inquire and request a detailed quotation.
b. Traveler secures an official quotation indicating: Destination and travel dates, Package inclusions, Total package cost
c. Applicant submits the following to AFLI:
- Completed AFLI Loan Application Form, Circulo Travel quotation, Two (2) valid government-issued IDs, Proof of income, Proof of residency, Additional documents if required.

Book with Circulo Travel, Local or International, flight Tickets and/or accommodations. Travel anytime.
AFLI, in partnership with Circulo Travel, offers clients a convenient and flexible way to enjoy their local or international summer vacation by financing their travel package through AFLI. Travelers may directly inquire and request quotations from Circulo Travel, and AFLI will provide financing with loan terms ranging up to 6 months, with an interest rate of 2% per month. The program is open to solo travelers, couples, barkada groups, and families who wish to travel without the pressure of upfront payment
d. AFLI processes the loan based on standard credit guidelines.
e. After approval:

AFLI releases the payment directly to Circulo Travel

Client receives confirmation from both AFLI and Circulo Travel
5. Loan Terms & Interest
• Available terms: up to 6 months
• Interest Rate: 2% per month
• First amortization starts 30 days after disbursement
6. Booking Changes & Cancellations
• Any changes (cancellations, rebookings, penalties) are governed by Circulo Travel’s existing policies.
• AFLI is not responsible for unused packages, penalties, or forfeited bookings.
7. Other Conditions
• Submission of requirements does not guarantee loan approval.
• Promo is not convertible to cash.
• AFLI and Circulo Travel may revise the mechanics as needed for operational purposes.
